2. Services

We provide HVAC repair, installation, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties in Boulder, CO, including AC, furnace, heat pump, boiler, water heater, and indoor air quality services. All services are subject to on-site inspection and availability.

3. Estimates & Pricing

Quotes provided by phone, email, or website are preliminary. Final pricing is confirmed in a written estimate after on-site inspection. No work begins without your approval.

4. Scheduling

We operate Tuesday through Sunday, 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM (closed Mondays). Emergency service is available — call +1 (720) 615-4227 directly. We will notify you of any schedule changes.

5. Cancellations

Please give us reasonable notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations where materials or labor have been pre-arranged may incur a service charge.

6. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Maintenance plans and financing options are available for qualifying customers.

7. Warranties

Equipment warranties follow manufacturer terms. Any labor warranty will be stated in writing on your invoice. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse or unauthorized repairs.

8. Limitation of Liability

Boulder HVAC Pros is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Service-related liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be handled in Boulder County, Colorado courts.
